At the end of the seventeenth century, the Christ revealed his love for a young man Visitation.
The message of the Sacred Heart was a great stir in the Visitations all around the world. It inspired the artistic creations of nuns, and was the source of orders and gifts during the beatification and canonization of St. Margaret-Mary Alacoque.
The convent of Paray-le-Monial welcomed therefore pilgrims and received gifts from the five continents. The Museum of the Visitation invite, with this book, to browse through this vast movement works surprising the seventeenth to the twenty-first century, collected and presented for the first time.
